Gerry Pearson is a Partner of COMELLA CONSULTING GROUP in charge of business development and search execution in the UK and continental Europe. He is a member of the INAC (International Network of Associated Consultants) with a strong presence throughout Europe.

Gerry Pearson read Mathematics at the University of Glasgow in Scotland before qualifying for the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA). His career began in manufacturing for the European defense sector as a cost analyst, financial planner and manager for what is now part of BAE Systems, before moving to Hertz Vehicle Rental and Leasing, initially in a strategic Pan European planning role before being appointed Manager of Belgium and then Financial Controller for Benelux, ultimately assuming a role with European Taxation. He subsequently began his career in search and selection, where he now has over 20 years of experience. His specialty areas include banking and financial services; oil, gas and chemicals; IT, including start ups; private equity; manufacturing; and property and construction.

Gerry Pearson is married, lives in Glasgow, Scotland and has two grown children.
