Our diverse international experience includes business development and search execution in the financial services industry and other businesses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East and the Far East. We have assisted companies in a broad spectrum of industries, from banking to entertainment to not-for-profit foundations. All our executive team partners have successfully served on the management or executive level in multinational corporations, are multilingual and active in business-related and civic organizations. Working directly with the firm’s Managing Partner, they provide each client the highest level of attentive, professional service.

Mark Young is a Partner of COMELLA CONSULTING GROUP in charge of business development and search execution in the U.S. and Canada within a broad range of industries. Over 30 years, he has successfully conducted searches for clients in financial services and wealth management, technology, agri-business, supply chain logistics and not-for-profit foundations.

Mr. Palomares has held senior management positions in the consumer financial services industry spanning the U.S. and international markets for more than three decades.
