Our executive search process is composed of the following steps:

  • We compile a target list of markets and industries.
  • Consulting our state-of-the-art internal data base of talent, we prioritize companies most likely to generate quality candidates.
  • Our search professionals contact our global corporate network for sourcing candidates.
  • Prior to the final decision to extend a job offer to the candidate of choice, we develop criteria for assessment interviews.
  • We approach prospective candidates and conduct thorough assessment interviews.
  • Each assessment interview focuses on the candidate’s professional career experience and individual personality profile.
  • After selecting two to four potential matches, we prepare a "Candidate Report" for each person interviewed, with our assessment of their professional and personal qualifications.
  • Working with our client, we review the candidates and provide support in the analysis and evaluation of the best possibility.
  • We assess references and create a matrix of the strengths each candidate brings to the position.
  • The successful culmination of the executive search process includes extending the offer to the candidate, assisting with negotiations and providing feedback to our client.
