Eduardo Comella is the founder and Managing Partner of COMELLA CONSULTING GROUP, a boutique global executive search firm incorporated in the State of Florida in 2002

Eduardo Comella has vast experience in executive search supported by 20 years as Vice President and Managing Director of Human Resources for Citigroup International. Prior to that, he served for 10 years as International Human Resources Director for Schering-Plough Corporation. He was also the Latin America practice consultant for Taylor-Johnston Inc., a regional executive search firm formerly based in Key Biscayne, Florida.

Eduardo Comella earned an MBA from Universidad Argentina de la Empresa, Buenos Aires, Argentina and a Certificate in International Human Resources Management from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. During his 35-year professional career, he has lived and worked in Miami, New York, London, Hong Kong, Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro and San Juan de Puerto Rico. Since 1976, he has placed more than 500 senior executives and top ranked managers worldwide. He was named “2006 Executive Search Consultant of the Year” by Who’s Who in South Florida and his firm was ranked “#1 Boutique Executive Search Firm in South Florida” in 2007 by the South Florida Business Journal. Mr. Comella is a member of the National Association of Banking & Financial Services, the Society of Human Resources Management, The Human Resources Association of Broward County and the South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Active with the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Comella serves on the Senior Executive Orientation Committee, is a member of the Trustees and in 2008 was distinguished as a member of The Chairman’s Circle.

Eduardo Comella is married, lives in Aventura, Fla., and has six grown children.
