Each partner personally conducts every search assignment and never manages more assignments than they can effectively handle at any given time. Client communication is ongoing throughout the search process.
Retainer Services
Each partner works on a retainer and exclusive basis only, never accepting an assignment with a contingency fee or a search that is simultaneously assigned to another firm. We are not “headhunters” -- we are consultants with many years of experience in global executive search.
