Cindy Hernandez - Senior Consultant and Director of Research

Cindy Hernandez is Senior Consultant and Director of Research in charge of candidate research and the search management process. She has extensive market research experience and a strong background in developing source networks and talent databases for many industries and management/executive disciplines.

Her background includes more than 10 years of executive search experience including working as Managing Director for InterSearch, where she was responsible for cross-marketing operations in the U.S., Canada, Argentina, Brazil and Mexico. At Steven Douglas and The Curtiss Group, Cindy was a Vice President and managed candidate identification and development, and provided consulting services to senior management as well as many clients. She is a well recognized professional in the field of Talent Acquisition.

Cindy was born in Miami and now lives in Miramar, Fla. She is married and has two children.
